Job Description

Seeking an experienced Event Planner to coordinate and manage events in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, creative, and able to handle multiple tasks at once. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.

Responsibilities

  • Plan seating arrangements and floor layouts for events.
  • Coordinate with catering to ensure food and beverage offerings meet client standards.
  • Manage post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from clients and attendees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients for future events.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for upcoming events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or public relations
