Job Description

The Case Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various legal cases and ensuring that all parties involved follow legal protocols. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize comprehensive case files systematically.
  • Keep open lines of communication with clients and legal teams.
  • Coordinate scheduling for interviews and legal hearings.
  • Assist in drafting important legal documents for case progression.
  • Conduct in-depth research into relevant legal precedents.
  • Help lawyers by providing administrative assistance where necessary.
  • Monitor compliance with legal protocols and deadlines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for effective case handling.
  • Update stakeholders on ongoing case matters and their statuses.
  • Participate in workshops to enhance legal knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Additional certifications in legal administration are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal support role, preferably as a case coordinator.
