Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and enhance the user journey on our e-commerce sites.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Engage with customers through email and social media for feedback and support.
  • Explore and initiate partnerships with influencers for brand promotion.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and digital marketing best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) Experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
  • SEO/SEM Strong understanding of SEO principles to drive organic traffic.
  • Google Analytics Proficient in analyzing web traffic and user behavior.
  • Analytical thinking Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interaction.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Intermediate)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with A/B testing: Experience in conducting A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in influencer marketing: Ability to develop partnerships with influencers for brand promotion.
