Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
  • Handle employee relations matters and promote a respectful workplace.
  • Ensure efficient onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Assist in administering payroll and benefits programs.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Help develop HR policies and participate in strategic planning meetings.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR practices and policies.
  • Engage in organizational development initiatives to promote growth.
  • Provide support in performance appraisal processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience preferred
