We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage our HR functions in Bloemfontein. This role involves overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
• Assist in resolving employee conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Administer HR policies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Facilitate training sessions on company policies and skills development.
• Ensure compliance with HR-related legislation and best practices.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is an advantage

• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
