Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our bookkeeping department. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all bookkeeping activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Design processes for more efficient bookkeeping operations.
• Train and develop accounting staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with legislative requirements.
• Participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage financial data and reporting.
• Prepare detailed reports for management to assist in decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a senior accounting role with management responsibilities
