• Participate in the negotiation of offers and closing candidates.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Build relationships with universities and professional organizations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
