Job Description

As an Anode Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the anode production system, ensuring the efficient and safe production of anodes. Your role is crucial in monitoring production processes and performing quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery involved in the anode production process.
• Conduct regular audits of production quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues with the production equipment.
• Record and report production data accurately.
• Liaise with team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Implement improvements in production processes.
• Assist with stock levels and material requisition.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Conduct training sessions for new equipment users.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss production challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Engineering Diploma or equivalent may be considered an asset

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing settings
