Restaurant Busser

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Restaurant Busser. The primary responsibility of this position is to efficiently clean and reset tables, assist servers, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and reset dining tables after each service.
• Help servers with food and drink delivery to enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area throughout service.
• Assist in stocktaking of dining room supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Assist with the training of new bussers and team members.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills
• Flexibility

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously: Experience in fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems: Basic experience using Point of Sale systems can be beneficial.
