Responsibilities

• Evaluate and verify prescriptions for validity and appropriateness.
• Maintain a good working relationship with healthcare providers.
• Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Contribute to the training and development of pharmacy staff.
• Implement quality assurance programs in line with best practices.
• Participate in continuing education and attend relevant seminars.
• Use pharmacy software to manage patient records and prescriptions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)

Experience

• 3-5 years of pharmacist experience in a clinical or retail environment
