Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities in Pretoria, from talent acquisition to employee engagement. Your knowledge of HR best practices will help us build a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage job postings.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in the development of HR strategies.
  • Promote a positive work environment through engagement activities.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Provide HR consultancy to management and staff.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics.
  • Manage employee training and development programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or related role
