Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation for HR operations and initiatives.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Review and update HR policies and handbooks.
  • Support management in organizational development efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • MBA or relevant HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
