Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will manage recruitment processes, staff training, and employee engagement programs. You will be a vital point of contact for employees, providing support in various HR-related matters, and ensuring that our HR practices meet the highest standards in compliance and ethics. Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing processes.
  • Handle all aspects of HR administration, including maintaining employee records and assisting with benefits management.
  • Provide training and resources to enhance the development of staff.
  • Create and maintain positive employee relations and address issues proactively.
  • Support the HR Manager in strategizing HR initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Compile reports on HR activities and performance metrics for management review.
  • Promote policies regarding diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 3+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience
