Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of key accounts. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction and retention by establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture key client accounts for long-term success.
  • Regularly assess client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Develop strategic account plans that drive business growth.
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients, maintaining effective communications.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics.
  • Participate in client meetings to align services with expectations.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.
  • Stay updated on product offerings to best serve client needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or business development
