Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing reports, and providing essential data to inform project planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land boundary surveys to determine property limits.
• Compile survey data using computer software.
• Collaborate closely with project managers on related projects.
• Ensure all surveying work adheres to local legislation.
• Prepare graphical representations of surveys for presentations.
• Assist in post-survey project analysis for continuous improvement.
• Attend project meetings to discuss survey impacts on timelines.
• Engage with local authorities regarding land use approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Surveying is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

Certifications
