Job Description

As an E-learning Specialist, you will lead the charge in creating innovative online educational content. Your role will include collaborating with a diverse team to ensure our e-learning programs are effectively designed and implemented, impacting many learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative e-learning initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for faculty on e-learning tools.
• Ensure compliance with e-learning standards, including accessibility and usability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the e-learning curriculum.
• Create and maintain documentation of e-learning processes and guidelines.
• Research and apply best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of e-learning technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
• Certification in Instructional Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-learning development

Technical Skills

• Adobe Captivate
• Google Workspace Suite

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD)
• Training and Development Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
