Job Description

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be pivotal in overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting project plans and schedules.
  • Implement project controls to track milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to support project execution.
  • Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the Project Manager in resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve project workflow.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage project invoices and payments.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in project coordination or management
