In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our HR functions, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Assist in developing a comprehensive onboarding program.
• Review and update company policies and handbooks.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Provide support for performance management systems.
• Help facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Monitor compliance with HR regulations and labor laws.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles
