Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. You will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs aimed at improving employee performance and workplace productivity. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of compensation data to identify trends and issues.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a compensation framework.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding pay.
  • Review and enhance compensation processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to discuss compensation requirements.
  • Support recruitment efforts with competitive offer recommendations.
  • Manage the annual salary review process including metrics and goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 4 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis or HR.
