Responsibilities
Design and execute HR policies and procedures.
Manage talent development and succession planning.
Support management in employee performance improvement plans.
Conduct job evaluations and market surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
Ensure workplace health and safety protocols are established.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues.
Promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
