Job Description

Join our team as an HR Compliance Officer where you will oversee compliance efforts across the organization. You will be instrumental in developing training on compliance issues and conducting internal audits to ensure practices meet statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to policies and procedures in HR functions.
• Advise staff on compliance issues and resolve inquiries.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance training.
• Review and update compliance policies to align with business practices.
• Collaborate with legal counsel regarding compliance matters.
• Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks proactively.
• Conduct compliance-themed workshops for employee onboarding.
• Assist in the integration of compliance into the company culture.
• Compile compliance reports for regulatory bodies as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement of compliance programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Human Resources, HR Management, or Law
• Further certifications in compliance preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience directly related to HR compliance management
