As a Recruitment Consultant at Recruitment Solutions Ltd., you will play a key role in the recruitment lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include identifying client needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and facilitating the offer process. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a recruitment calendar to schedule interviews and meetings.
• Utilize social media to promote job openings and attract talent.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive salary ranges.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss recruitment strategies.
• Train and mentor junior recruitment staff.
• Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• Additional qualification in HR or Recruitment would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy role

Technical Skills

• Job market knowledge
• CRM software experience

• Interpersonal skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of employment laws in South Africa: Understanding of local employment regulations and compliance.
• Experience with ATS software: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems for recruitment.
