Leading Talent Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist in Durban. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract qualified candidates who align with our culture and objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Engage with potential candidates via social media and job boards.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices and candidate selection.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency.
• Update job postings regularly to attract diverse applicants.
• Participate in strategic workforce planning.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide training and support to colleagues involved in recruitment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in recruitment or talent management is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
