Join our dedicated nursing staff in Johannesburg! As a nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating care plans, and implementing treatment protocols while providing emotional support to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in diagnostic testing and interpret results.
• Train and mentor junior nursing staff as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in critical care or emergency settings

Technical Skills

• Wound care
• Patient assessment

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Conflict resolution

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is a plus.
• Experience with patient education programs: Background in developing and implementing patient education initiatives.
