Job Description

We're on the lookout for a passionate Sanitation Inspector to join our devoted team. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with sanitation regulations across various establishments, including food outlets and public facilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect food establishments for compliance with hygiene standards.
• Evaluate water supply, sewerage, drainage, and waste disposal systems.
• Identify potential health hazards and recommend mitigation actions.
• Monitor and enforce local sanitation laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sanitation practices.
• Provide guidance on sanitation best practices to local businesses.
• Conduct training sessions for community members on hygiene standards.
• Stay informed of the latest sanitation technology and methods.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings focused on public health.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma in public health or environmental health

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sanitation or public health inspections.
