Payroll Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes effectively. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, manage tax compliance, and address any payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing duties.
• Analyze payroll data and generate reports for the management team.
• Calculate payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and pensions.
• Ensure employee information is current and compliant.
• Act as a point of contact for payroll questions from staff.
• Train new staff on payroll processes and policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to payroll.
• Keep abreast of industry trends affecting payroll management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Payroll Administration or Accounting
• Relevant industry certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in a payroll role is preferred
