Payroll Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes effectively. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, manage tax compliance, and address any payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the complete payroll cycle for employees.
• Review payroll discrepancies and make any required adjustments.
• File compliant payroll taxes on time to local agencies.
• Prepare monthly financial and payroll reports.
• Assist with benefits administration and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare information as needed.
• Support employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and issues.
• Monitor and reconcile payroll-related accounts.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Payroll Administration or Accounting
• Relevant industry certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in a payroll role is preferred
