Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes through collaboration.
• Dispense medications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide drug information and support to healthcare providers.
• Conduct clinical assessments and enhance patient education.
• Lead initiatives to improve medication safety and compliance.
• Support the pharmacy’s operational and administrative functions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or higher qualifications preferred
• Postgraduate qualifications in Pharmacy Practice or Clinical Pharmacy are advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant pharmacy experience preferred.
