The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering effective training programs tailored to meet organizational needs. You will engage with employees to identify training gaps and develop materials that promote growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement innovative training solutions that drive performance.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
• Utilize various instructional techniques and formats, including e-learning, virtual, and in-person training.
• Analyze and report training metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to enhance training offerings.
• Encourage continuous feedback to improve training processes and materials.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees through training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate training and development
