Job Description

Are you passionate about customer success? We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to join our Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, advocating for their requirements within the company.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on our offerings.
  • Implement feedback loops from clients to internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage client renewals and help minimize churn rates.
  • Prepare performance reports for clients to demonstrate value.
  • Identify best practices for customer success and assist in developing new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure consistent communication and service levels.
  • Participate in customer success strategy sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
Technical Skills
  • Advanced CRM systems

Certifications
  • Customer Success Management certification
  • Scrum Master certification is advantageous
Languages
