Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
