Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in managing resources, budgets, and timelines. We are looking for someone who is adept at navigating challenges and optimizing workflow to achieve project objectives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and design phases, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in resource allocation.
• Facilitate clear and active communication with all project stakeholders.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage potential obstacles.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Evaluate contractor performance and maintain compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management
