Job Description

As our new Project Manager in Cape Town, you will lead the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will support cross-functional teams and be a key liaison between clients and stakeholders, making sure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams in the use of project management tools and methodologies.
• Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior project staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance project outcomes.
• Identify and assess project dependencies and constraints.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in the engineering sector.
