Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution. You will work closely with vendors, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer demands. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing operations, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Evaluate supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in logistics operations.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Logistics
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management with leadership responsibilities

Technical Skills

• Process Improvement

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Logistics Management: City & Guilds or similar logistics management certifications.
• Experience with Supply Chain Analytics tools: Experience using software to analyze supply chain data.
