Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of legal principles and experience in providing sound legal counsel to clients. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, advising on compliance matters, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediation processes.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting clients.
• Train and educate clients on legal obligations and rights.
• Maintain detailed case files and records.
• Contribute to the development of best practices within the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Postgraduate diploma in Law is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate law or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent
