Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Cape Town. The role involves conducting audits across various departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills and an understanding of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential areas for risk mitigation and suggest strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors during their annual reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CA certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or finance roles
