We are on the lookout for a motivated Urban Planner to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing urban policies and implementing planning strategies that promote sustainable growth and enhance the livability of the area. Responsibilities

• Evaluate development proposals and prepare planning application documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on local, national, and international planning policies.
• Support management in strategic planning and project management efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in urban planning projects

Certifications

• Registered Urban Planner (RUP)
