Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing the supply chain process. This role requires strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Review and analyze data to improve operational performance.
• Generate reports on inventory levels and stock movement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all warehouse-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations relevant to warehousing.
• Collaborate with other departments to align on business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation/Grade 12
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
