We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and evaluation practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
• Train and mentor junior QA team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the testing lifecycle.
• Assist with the development of quality assurance policies and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA methodologies

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
• Agile Testing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with tools like JIRA for tracking defects: Familiarity with JIRA for managing testing and tracking defects.
• Experience with mobile application testing: Experience in testing mobile applications across multiple devices.
