Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer intravenous (IV) therapy and other treatments as directed.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond quickly to patient emergencies and coordinate care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred

• Clinical Assessment

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in specialty areas: Advanced training in critical care, pediatrics, or geriatrics.
• BLS and ACLS certification: Current Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
