Embosser Operator

Job Description

As an Embosser Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embossing machines to create exquisite raised designs on various materials. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality embossed products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure machines for embossing based on production orders.
• Conduct quality checks on embossed products during operations.
• Troubleshoot minor machine problems and perform minor repairs.
• Ensure materials are correctly loaded and waste is minimized.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Update production logs and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with quality control teams to rectify any issues.
• Strive for continuous improvement in processes and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Previous experience in operating embossing machines or similar machinery is preferred.

Advantageous
