Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to enhance our patient care team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient health, creating treatment plans, and educating patients about health management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient examinations and diagnose conditions.
  • Create treatment plans that address patient needs.
  • Manage patient care in collaboration with physicians.
  • Educate patients about medication, therapies, and lifestyle changes.
  • Document patient encounters and follow-up on care plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and care coordination.
  • Contribute to clinical research and community health initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Nursing Management certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience preferred in a primary care setting
