We are searching for a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and improving mechanical systems and products, contributing to the advancement of our engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes and oversee testing procedures.
• Revise and optimize mechanical designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects and approaches.
• Maintain accurate records of engineering activities.
• Communicate technical information effectively across departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Assist in training junior engineering staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
