As an Event Planner with Leading Events Co., you will be at the heart of our event management process in East London. You’ll be tasked with designing unforgettable experiences, managing logistics, and working hand-in-hand with clients to bring their visions to life. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Host pre-event and post-event meetings with clients for feedback.
• Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote events effectively.
• Track event metrics and gather insights for future improvements.
• Assist with problem-solving during events to address any immediate concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a cohesive event vision.
• Maintain accurate records of event contracts, invoices, and payments.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality
• Professional certifications in event planning are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in organizing events

Certifications

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

Languages
