Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. This role involves coordinating all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection to catering, while working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including conceptualization, logistics, and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to determine their vision and deliver on expectations.
  • Manage budgets and negotiate pricing with vendors.
  • Ensure that all event activities comply with health and safety standards.
  • Lead event debriefs to assess successes and areas for improvement.
  • Track event expenses and prepare financial reports.
  • Create comprehensive event plans and timelines for implementation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
