Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our HR policies, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a critical role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced HR certification is preferred

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
