Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. You will oversee daily operations and be instrumental in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the hotel's strategic planning and marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through effective resource management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries and requests.
  • Review department performance metrics and adjust operational plans accordingly.
  • Drive team engagement and morale through leadership and mentorship.
  • Create a culture of excellence among staff members.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotions.
  • Ensure all staff are trained on company policies and customer service expectations.
  • Report directly to upper management on operational challenges and successes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry
