Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated nurse to provide quality care in Durban. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop patient care plans.
• Manage patient care in both acute and chronic settings.
• Support patients in daily living activities as needed.
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during tough times.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nursing License is required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical nursing role

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in critical care settings: Experience working in ICU or similar high-pressure environments.
