Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and tenants.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.
• Keep detailed records of all leasing activities and transactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property listings.
• Train and support junior staff in leasing processes.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• Postgraduate Qualification in Real Estate Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years in leasing or property management

• Property Development Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
