The ideal candidate will exhibit extensive knowledge of construction techniques and project management, ensuring timely completions within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, collaborating with architects and engineers, and managing subcontractors to deliver top-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings and provide updates on project status to stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure sustainability practices are followed throughout the construction process.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
  • Actively seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree or professional certification is advantageous

  • 7+ years of experience in construction management with progressive responsibility
