Job Description

Join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist where you will play a vital role in improving employee performance through effective training programs. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop engaging content that fosters growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of training events.
  • Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Evaluate the success of training initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Support HR in developing succession plans through targeted development.
  • Coordinate with external trainers to provide specialized skill training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications in Learning and Development are beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning facilitation and development
